We are seeking a meticulous and organised Bookkeeper (Temporary) to manage financial records and transactions within the FMCG industry. This role in Nottingham is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in accounting and finance.
Client Details
Our client needs help initially for a couple of months, although could go on to become a longer term opportunity. They are looking for someone who has used Sage and understands double entry.
Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices for clients and suppliers.
- Get them back up to date with billing processes and generating sales invoices
- Helping out with admin, sales and service
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper (Temporary) should have:
- Proven experience in accounting and finance roles within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a temporary position.
