Branch Manager –Nottingham
37,500 + 10% Profit Share (OTE £48,000)

As Branch Manager, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, lead a motivated team, and ensure customers receive a first‑class experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your decisions genuinely influence performance and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
• Alternate Saturdays: 08:30 – 13:00
• No Sundays or Bank Holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
In this Branch Manager position, you will:

• Oversee the daily running of the service desk and workshop
• Lead, support, and motivate both the workshop and front‑of‑house teams
• Allocate workloads to technicians and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor workshop performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, costs, and authorisations
• Manage parts ordering and stock control within the system
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in an automotive workshop environment, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Confident IT skills and the ability to manage admin processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Understanding of workshop health & safety requirements
