Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and highly respected National and Independent Recruitment Agency brand as a Branch Manager, leading from the front with autonomy and confidence.

You will deliver local recruitment solutions across both temporary and permanent markets. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and placing high-quality candidates while providing a first-class service to both existing and new clients.

This is a varied position combining sales, service, and operational management, including responsibility for budgets, P&L, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in driving branch profitability and growth, with the opportunity to expand and develop your team.

We’re looking for someone with a strong recruitment background who can demonstrate a solid understanding of industry processes, compliance, and legislation (including right-to-work requirements). A passion for sourcing top talent, building lasting client relationships, and delivering exceptional service is essential.

Strong leadership, organisational skills, and attention to detail—particularly around compliance—will be critical to your success. You’ll also enjoy mentoring and developing others while taking ownership of a key branch within the network.
