Are you a Building Surveyor with a passion for refurbishment and small works projects? Would you like to work in a vibrant, well-structured estate department at a globally respected university? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that values quality, collaboration, and long-term impact.About the RoleAs a Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of small-scale projects across our dynamic campus. These include:

• Installation of new bathroom facilities
• Roof and window replacements
• Interior fit-outs and refurbishments
• Extensions and re-allocation of space

You'll be involved from inception to completion-conducting surveys, producing drawings (CAD skills are a plus), appointing contractors, and overseeing delivery. Expect to manage around 20 projects simultaneously, each at different stages of development.
What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree or HNC/HND in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• Strong IT skills
• Proven experience in refurbishment and small works project management, be able to demonstrate the preparation of specifications and drawings and be familiar with general contract admin, JCT contracts
• Design and surveying expertise
• A proactive, self-starting attitude
