Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy
Salary: £42,500 + £16,000 OTE + Car Allowance
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in North Leicestershire)

We're working with an established organisation in the renewable energy sector, looking for a talented Business Development Manager to help grow their presence across the UK. What you'll be doing:
- Building, managing, and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and creating strategies to expand market share.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Attending industry events, networking, and representing the company professionally.
- Achieving and exceeding revenue and growth targets.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a business development, account management, or sales role (ideally in B2B environments).
- Experience within the renewable energy or new-build sector would be highly advantageous.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for renewable energy and the drive to make a positive impact.
What's on offer:
- Base salary: £42,500
- On-target earnings: Up to £16,000
- Car allowance
