A fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing automotive retail business as a Motor Finance Specialist/Business Manager, playing a key role in supporting customers through the finance process and driving overall sales performance.

The Role
- Act as the finance expert within the sales process, helping customers secure suitable funding solutions
- Manage and convert a pipeline of finance leads
- Work closely with sales teams to maximise F&I opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with a panel of lenders
- Stay up to date with lender criteria, products, and systems
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
- Support overall F&I performance and revenue growth
The Candidate
- Proven experience in motor finance, automotive sales, or a regulated sales environment
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding F&I targets
- Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach
- Ability to build rapport quickly and influence customer decisions
- Good understanding of finance products and FCA regulations
- Experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager is advantageous
