Buyer – Construction Sector
Based on the outskirts of Burton-on-Trent

We are looking for a Buyer to join our clients growing team in the construction sector. You will be responsible for sourcing materials and services to ensure projects keep moving — sustainably, efficiently and on budget.

What you will be doing:

• Purchasing materials, tools, plant hire and subcontracted services for projects across the UK
• Working closely with site and project teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Building strong relationships with ethical and sustainable suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and H&S standards

What we are looking for:

• Procurement experience in construction (desirable)
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Strong knowledge of sustainable materials and procurement practices
• Organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities
