CAD Technician – Education‑Focused Projects Location: Suffolk Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + benefits

You will support surveyors and project teams by producing clear, accurate technical drawings and documentation, including:

• Creating 2D CAD drawings from survey data

• Updating and maintaining drawing records and project files

• Supporting measured surveys and data capture

• Liaising with surveyors, designers, and project managers

• Ensuring all outputs meet industry and client standards

• Experience as a CAD Technician within construction, surveying, or a related technical field

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience beneficial but not essential)

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

• Confident communicator with a proactive approach

• Keen to develop skills and progress within a supportive team
