Job Description:
We are looking for a Call Handler / Responder on behalf of one of our clients in the Derby area on a temporary basis. You will join a Carelink team, supporting vulnerable adults across the city.
What we're looking for
Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
Safely assist uninjured fallers using specialist equipment
Install, maintain, and collect telecare devices
Liaise with healthcare professionals and emergency services
Work across a flexible 24/7 rota including weekends and bank holidays
🔧 Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable working shifts and lone working
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic health observation skills (training provided)
Contract length: 3/6 months, with expectation of extension.
Rate of Pay: £14.00-£17.00
Working hours: Fulltime, 37 hours per week.
