Base salary: £23,000 – £26,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Due to increasing demand and growing candidate volumes, we are now hiring our first Candidate Delivery Executive. This is a key hire designed to support business growth, improve candidate flow, and create consistency across candidate delivery.

Responsibilities of a Candidate Delivery Executive:

• Make outbound calls to an established database of lift engineers and all supporting roles.

• Re-engage dormant candidates and update availability and work preferences

• Handle inbound candidate enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Conduct first-stage candidate qualification (skills, experience, location, motivation)

• Book qualified candidates for interviews with the Recruitment Consultant

• Accurately update and maintain CRM records

• Support CV formatting and candidate documentation

• Work closely with the Director and Marketing/Admin apprentice to support live vacancies

The Ideal Candidate Delivery Executive:

Essential:

• Confident, professional phone manner

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

• Highly organised and process-driven

• Resilient, consistent, and reliable

• Coachable and open to feedback

• Valid UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential):

• Call centre, telesales, or recruitment resourcing experience

• Experience speaking with technical, engineering, or trade-based professionals

• Recruitment experience in any sector
