Pay: £14.00 per hour (approx. £26,936 per annum)

About the role:
Our client is a CQC-rated "Good" care provider seeking experienced Care Coordinators to support services across adult domiciliary and children's home care. You'll split your time between the office and the field, ensuring smooth rota coordination, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while making a tangible difference in the local community.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily care delivery across domiciliary and supported living services.
Conduct spot checks, observations and audits to maintain quality and compliance.
Review and update person-centred care plans and risk assessments in line with CQC standards.
Support and supervise care staff, including competency checks and feedback.
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and local authorities to achieve best outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
2+ years' experience in domiciliary, supported living or similar settings.
DBS on the Update Service.
UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and medication oversight.
Confident with digital care systems and Microsoft Office.
