Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Head Chef to take the lead in a busy, well-run care home kitchen. Food plays a vital role in residents’ wellbeing, and we’re looking for someone who takes real pride in delivering nutritious, comforting, and beautifully presented meals every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
• Deliver high-quality meals that meet nutritional needs and IDDSI standards
• Manage stock control, waste reduction, and kitchen budgets effectively
• Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and infection control

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading a kitchen team, ideally within a care or healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a compassionate approach to care
