Field Care Supervisor
Our client is looking for a proactive, caring, and confident
Field Care Supervisor to join their friendly team. You’ll help ensure our clients receive outstanding, person-centred care that enables them to live independently at home.
The Role - Conduct QA and Service Review calls, client visits, and care plan reviews.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Care Professionals.
- Support, mentor, and supervise Care Professionals.
- Carry out compliance and audit checks, maintaining accurate client records.
- Solve problems quickly and professionally while upholding care quality.
- Participate in a shared on-call rota (1–2 evenings per week, including weekends/bank holidays).
About You - Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Positive, caring, and solutions-focused attitude.
- Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and care governance.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
- Sales-minded, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
