Carpenter/Joiner (Will be required to obtain DBS)
Start Date: 9th February, 2026
Duration: Ongoing rolling contract
Location: Midlands area (covering work across the Midlands)
Pay: £25 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00–16:00
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for an experienced carpenter to join our client’s team, carrying out a range of shopfitting carpentry works on various commercial construction projects.
The role will involve first and second fix carpentry, including door and frame repairs, kitchen units, skirting, architraves, flooring, and general joinery repairs.
YOU’LL NEED:
- Relevant carpentry / joinery experience
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (Essential)
- Own tools and PPE
- Full UK driving licence and own a vehicle
- Good knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
- Professional attitude and strong customer care skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Proof of right to work in the UK
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working safely using appropriate PPE and equipment
- Various shopfitting carpentry duties as outlined above
- Coordinating materials and completing job documentation accurately and on time
You’ll be paid weekly based on a signed timesheet.
