Catering Manager - The Role:
As Catering Manager, you’ll be fully embedded on site, combining hands-on cooking with strong leadership and operational management. This is not a desk-based role - you’ll be visible, involved, and setting the standard every day.
Catering Manager - You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and motivating the on-site catering team
Being actively involved in food preparation and service
Delivering fresh, nutritious, and appealing menus suited to education settings
Managing stock, budgets, and compliance
Building strong relationships with school leadership and stakeholders
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Catering Manager - About You:
