Catering Manager - The Role:

As Catering Manager, you’ll be fully embedded on site, combining hands-on cooking with strong leadership and operational management. This is not a desk-based role - you’ll be visible, involved, and setting the standard every day.

Catering Manager - You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating the on-site catering team

• Being actively involved in food preparation and service

• Delivering fresh, nutritious, and appealing menus suited to education settings

• Managing stock, budgets, and compliance

• Building strong relationships with school leadership and stakeholders

• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
