Chemical Engineer

Job Description:

A global manufacturer developing an innovate product for use in the Aerospace & Automotive sectors has a new vacancy for a Chemical Engineer. Working in the R&D team, you will assist with chemical formulations and the development of coatings for use in harsh environments while adhering to critical guidelines.

The Role

Ensure that formulations and control functionality is carried out in line with key requirements.

Prepare and formulate chemical solutions.

Chemical laboratory testing.

Statistical analysis and reporting.

Data input and ensure records are maintained.

Maintain and compose records.

The Person

Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.

Understanding of chemical processing and testing.

Previous experience working in a highly regulated sector (Aerospace, Defence, Automotive)

Ability to maintain paper & electronic records.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
