Children's Registered Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £56,000 + welcome bonus & benefits

A leading provider of residential care and education is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to run one of its children's homes. This is a chance to make a lasting impact by creating a safe, supportive environment where young people can thrive.

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day running of the home
• Manage and develop a motivated staff team
• Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations
• Oversee budgets and resources
• Safeguard young people and coordinate multi-agency support
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice

About You

• Proven experience managing children's residential services
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce
• QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
