Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join their Learning Disability Residential Home in Burton-Upon-Trent. Your role as a Team Leader:
- Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour strategies are implemented effectively
- Act as a role model, promoting independence and dignity for residents
- Communicate clearly, manage documentation, and oversee day-to-day operations
- Work closely with management to maintain high standards and compliance
