A growing and design-led Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy in Leicester is looking to recruit a Civil Design Engineer to support the delivery of a diverse and expanding project portfolio.

Established for over a decade, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education, leisure and regeneration. Their projects range from smaller bespoke developments through to large-scale schemes across the UK and internationally, offering excellent exposure for an ambitious Civil Engineer.

Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will be involved in all aspects of project delivery from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction. Responsibilities will include the design of drainage systems, SuDS strategies, highways and levels, alongside the preparation of technical reports and supporting documentation for planning submissions.

You will be using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Site 3D and MicroDrainage/Flow, while gaining experience in modern design techniques including BIM and 3D modelling. The role will also involve regular liaison with clients, architects and approving authorities, contributing to the delivery of coordinated and buildable solutions.
