Class 1 HGV Drivers – Ongoing Work Available in Burton on Trent (DE14)

Are you a professional Class 1 driver looking for reliable, ongoing work with a company that values its drivers?
We are recruiting now for experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV drivers to join a well-known general haulage business based in Burton on Trent.

This is not just ad-hoc work – we can offer consistent shifts, competitive pay rates, and a supportive transport team to back you up on the road.

The Job

• General haulage runs nationwide (palletised loads)

• No handball – straightforward collections and deliveries

• Modern, well-maintained fleet of vehicles

• Ongoing work with regular weekly hours

Shift Patterns

• Days: Start times between 03:00 – 06:00

• Nights: Start times between 16:00 – 18:00
  Flexibility is an advantage, but we will work with you to find the shifts that suit your lifestyle.

Pay Rates

PAYE Drivers

• Days: £16.00 per hour

• Nights: £18.00 per hour

LTD Drivers

• Days: £19.50 per hour

• Nights: £22.50 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence

• CPC qualification and Digi card

• Ideally 12 months Class 1 experience (newer drivers also considered)

• Reliability, good communication skills, and a professional approach
