Class 1 Driver

If you’re a Class 1 Driver looking for long term stability, predictable day or night shifts and work that’s planned properly, this is exactly that. This role offers clean trunking, consistent routes and a rota designed around driver wellbeing, not last minute calls.

This is a long term contract with guaranteed weekday work, paid assessments and structured shift patterns that keep hours sensible and drivers engaged.

As a Class 1 Driver, your work will include structured shuttle and trunking runs:

• Routes between Rugby, Hams Hall and Lutterworth
• Trailer swaps, shunting and live tipping
• Minimum 2 runs per shift

 
Hours

• Days: 05:00–17:00 or 05:30–17:30
• Nights: 17:30–05:30

Drivers typically work 4 shifts per week. No expectation to run 5 long shifts every week.

 
To succeed as a Class 1 Driver, you’ll bring:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Previous experience driving Class 1 vehicles
• No more than 6 points with no DR, DD or IN endorsements
