IRD Recruitment is looking for reliable and professional HGV Class 1 drivers for tramping work based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation with consistent work, strong earning potential, and multiple shift pattern options to suit your lifestyle.

🚚 Role Overview

• Type of Work: Tramping (not container work)

• Location: Corby

• Shift Patterns Available:

  • 4 on / 4 off

  • 5 or 6 shifts per week

  • 5 on 2 off

  • 6 on 3 off

• Shift Length: Average 12 hours per day, with potential for longer shifts depending on workload

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

• Realistic OTE: £55,000 – £60,000

• Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 12 hours

• Incentives and Allowances:

  • Night out allowance

  • Travel and meal expenses (where applicable)

  • Rolled-up holiday pay

• Potential Earnings: Take-home pay could reach £3,500 per month once fully integrated

• Holiday Allowance: 24 days annually

• Payment Schedule: Monthly once full-time (flexible arrangements can be discussed during probation)

✅ Requirements

• Full UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

• Valid CPC and Tacho card

• No DD, DR, IN, or TT99 endorsements

• Experience with tramping work preferred

• Professional and dependable attitude
