Job Title: Cleaner 

Job Type: Temporary, ongoing 

Location:  Coventry 

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour 

Hours of Work: 6.30am - 12.30pm 

Days of Work:  Monday to Friday 

ARC is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company that provides professional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties across the Coventry area. With continued growth, they are looking to appoint a committed and detail-focused Cleaner to join their team.

The Role
This is a part-time, temporary position, site-based cleaning position covering communal areas, offices, and shared facilities. You’ll play an important role in maintaining clean, hygienic, and safe environments for residents, staff, and visitors. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work and is comfortable working independently across multiple premises.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning of communal areas including hallways, stairwells, and lobbies

• Office and facility cleaning including: 

• Dusting 

• Mopping 

• Vacuuming 

• Surface sanitising

Key Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 06.30am - 12.30pm 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally across multiple sites or buildings

• A reliable and professional attitude, with attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent standards
