Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free from clutter.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling appropriately.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
• Drive to various locations as required to carry out cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
• A valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between sites.
• Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
