🎯 Bonus: Monthly Company-Wide Bonus Scheme (Discretionary, approx. £5,000/year)

What You'll Be Doing
As an Affiliate Account Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of affiliate partners. You'll nurture relationships, analyse performance, and help shape marketing strategies that drive global success.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing top-tier support to affiliate partners via email, phone, and instant messaging
- Reviewing and onboarding new affiliates with a focus on quality and compliance
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve ROI
- Ensuring marketing campaigns meet compliance standards, especially for high-profile clients
- Building strong relationships to unlock growth and long-term success
- Attending major industry events in cities like Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, and Barcelona
- Contributing to a positive and professional team culture
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year in customer service, account management, or sales-related roles (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- GCSE Maths Grade B/6 or above
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
- Analytical mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
- A genuine interest in marketing and account management
- Experience in affiliate marketing is a bonus, but not essential
