Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the day-to-day clinical and operational running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff development are consistently maintained.

Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:

• Active NMC Pin
• Previous leadership experience within a nursing home setting
