Salary: £49,920 per annum
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire Hours: Full-time

HCR is recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager to work in a well-established nursing home with a high reputation for delivering high standards of care. The Clinical Deputy Home Manager will lead, mentor, support, and manage the team to drive excellent care standards.

We are recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN or Adult Nurse) trained with an active NMC pin, and previous management experience within a nursing home setting is essential.

Clinical Deputy Manager Duties:

• Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing care home, ensuring smooth and effective management.
• Provide clinical support to all staff
• Conduct monthly clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Complete risk assessments and manage identified risks.
• Report any safeguarding concerns promptly.
• Ensure accurate reporting and maintain required documentation.

Clinical Deputy Manager Requirements:

• The ideal Clinical Deputy Manager will already be working in a deputy management, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse role.
• Will be RGN or Adult Nurse trained with an active NMC pin
• Must have experience working in nursing homes.
