About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join their production team. You will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision components for a wide range of signage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting machines for various metals, including aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel.
Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and job specifications accurately.
Carry out quality checks to ensure components meet strict tolerances and standards.
Maintain machines, perform routine checks, and troubleshoot minor issues.
Work closely with the fabrication and assembly teams to meet production schedules.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
About You:
Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator, preferably in the signage, metal fabrication, or related industry.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
Strong understanding of laser cutting processes and machine maintenance.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
