Shift / Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

The Role
As a CNC Mill Turner Nights, you'll be responsible for manufacturing aerospace parts. You'll work as part of a skilled team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 3-5 Axis CNC Mill Turn machines following approved procedures and programs.
- Read, interpret, and control CNC code to support accurate machine setup and operation.
- Manage all setup parameters including datum setting, tool length, and wear offsets to maintain process accuracy.
- Ensure quality output through precise machining and effective use of measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, CMM, etc.).
- Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and maintain machine efficiency.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Aerospace or Automotive industry.
- Apprentice trained or proven equivalent hands-on experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in working to production timelines, SOPs, and company-specific documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and results-driven approach.
