Night Shift Monday-Thursday- ( 4 x 10 hour shifts)

We’re currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer Setter Operator on the outskirts of Coventry. Working on the production of one-off and low-volume prototype components. This is a hands-on, rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety, precision work, and the challenge of machining bespoke parts where no two jobs are the same. CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator Key Responsibilities:

• Programming 3 and 4 axis CNC Millers
• Setting and operating CNC 3 and 4 axis Machines
• Work from engineering drawings and specifications to deliver accurate, high-quality results
• Generate CNC programs either offline using CAD/CAM software or directly at the machine using Fanuc, Siemens, or Hurco controls
• Set up machines, load materials, and run test pieces to verify accuracy before full production
• Monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards
• Perform daily maintenance and general upkeep of machinery

CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator What We’re Looking For:

• Strong CNC programming and setting experience
• Able to program either offline (CAD/CAM) or at the machine, depending on your skillset
• Confident working from detailed technical drawings and using precision measuring tools
• A methodical and detail-focused approach to producing high-spec, low-volume parts
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator- What’s on Offer

• £43,000-£48,000 per annum
• Overtime paid @ x1.5
• Night Shift Monday-Thursday- ( 4 x 10 hour shifts)
