The Role

They are looking for a skilled CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join their dynamic and growing team. Whether you’re a strong Operator or a fully-fledged Setter/Operator, you will play a vital role in producing precision aerospace components to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
• Working with Fanuc and/or Haas controls (other controls considered).
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and aerospace specifications.
• Conducting first-off inspections and in-process checks to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

About You

We are open to candidates at different levels of experience – from strong Operators eager to step up, to highly competent Setter/Operators ready to hit the ground running.

You will ideally have:

• Previous CNC milling experience in a precision engineering environment (aerospace preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of Fanuc and/or Haas controls (training available for candidates with experience on other control systems).
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and read engineering drawings.
• A proactive attitude, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
