About the Role

As a CNC Miller Setter/Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting, operating and maintaining high-end 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines to manufacture complex, tight-tolerance components. You’ll work from technical drawings and CAD/CAM data to ensure every part meets the exacting standards demanded by elite motorsport clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to see their work make an impact at the highest levels of competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls (experience with Fanuc, Mazatrol, Siemens or other systems also considered)
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models
• Work to tight tolerances and rigorous quality standards
• Carry out first-off inspections and in-process checks
• Optimise tooling, feeds and speeds for efficiency and quality
• Collaborate closely with programmers, engineers and quality teams to achieve right-first-time manufacturing

About You

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter/Operator
• Familiar with Heidenhain controls (or similar)
• Confident machining precision components for motorsport, aerospace or similar industries
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, proactive and driven to continually improve processes
