Job Title: CNC Miller Setter Operator
Location: Tamworth
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Shift: Double Days (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
Benefits: 4X Death In Service, Overtime opportunities paid at 1.3X midweek, 1.5X Sat, 2X Sun, Up to 6% matched pension, 33 Days Holiday increasing up to 35 days after longer service

CNC Miller Setter Operator Role:

The CNC Miller setter operator will support production and processes for aluminium motorsport components. This hands-on role is responsible for proving new programs, setting and operating 5-Axis milling machines.

CNC Miller Setter Operator Responsibilities:

• Set and Operate 5-axis CNC machines
• Prove/Edit new CNC programs
• Monitor dimensional reports, adjust offsets, and improve process capability.
• Conduct first off inspections of components manufactured
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to resolve process issues.

CNC Miller Setter Operator Essentials:

• Proven CNC 5 Axis machine setting experience 
• Previous experience working on projects within Motorsport, Aerospace or similar
• Control Experience using Fanuc and Heidenhain
• Experience using quality measuring devices (Verniers, Calipers & Gauges)
