Are you a skilled CNC Miller looking for a new challenge? Our client is a high-precision engineering manufacturer operating within the aerospace sector, currently expanding due to increased workload. They are seeking an experienced CNC Miller, with the ability to set and operate CNC milling machines (at least 3 axis), and a commitment to quality, safety, and excellence within a low-volume, high-precision environment.

Job Description

• Set up and operate Heidenhain CNC milling machines in line with procedures and job card instructions
• Read, understand, and edit CNC programs to support accurate machine setup and operation
• Set and control datums, tooling, and tool length and wear offsets
• Complete machining operations efficiently while achieving required quality and output levels
• Work to aerospace standards, engineering drawings, and safe working practices

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Experience Setting and Operating CNC Milling machines (at least 3 Axis)
• Well-versed machining high precision metal components for highly regulated industries (aerospace, automotive, nuclear etc
• Well-versed machining with metals
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines in a team-based environment
