Location: Leicester
Starting Pay Rate : £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 18:00pm – 6:00am (4-day working week)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our night shift team in Leicester. You will be responsible for operating CNC milling or turning machines to produce precision-engineered components in line with customer specifications.

This is a permanent position offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and the benefit of a four-day working week, giving you a three-day weekend every week.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling or turning machines during night shifts
• Load and unload parts safely and efficiently
• Monitor production runs and make minor adjustments where needed
• Carry out quality checks using measuring tools and equipment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator (milling or turning)
• Familiarity with FANUC or similar CNC controls
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
