Salary: Up to £16.00 per hour + Overtime rates

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC machines to manufacture bespoke joinery products according to specifications.
• Ensure machines are calibrated, maintained, and functioning efficiently.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Learn and develop CNC programming skills, with opportunities for training in AlphaCAM.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and woodworking principles.
• Experience with AlphaCAM programming is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn advanced programming techniques.
