CNC Press Brake Setter Operator – Fixed Shifts, Strong Rates

Job Title: CNC Press Brake Setter Operator
Location: Leicester, LE7
Shifts Available:

• Early Shift: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm
  
• Late Shift: Monday – Wednesday, 2pm – Midnight & Thursday, 2pm – 11:30pm
  

Pay & Overtime:

• Up to £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  
• Overtime paid at x1.5 after 37.5 hours per week
  

Contract Options:

The Role:

Set and operate CNC press brake machinery to deliver sheet metal components to exact specifications. Responsibilities include reading technical drawings, completing first-off checks, and maintaining accuracy and efficiency across production.

• Experienced in CNC press brake setting and operating
  
• Skilled at reading and working from technical drawings
  
• Detail-focused, accurate, and safety-aware
  
• Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
