Shift: 3 Day Weekend!! (37 hours)

The CNC Team Leader Role:
As a CNC Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of CNC Miller Setter Operators, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with an aerospace background who can mentor staff and manage workflow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of CNC Miller Setter Operators
• Allocate workloads, monitor performance, and provide coaching to team members
• Oversee the setting and operation of 5 & 6 Axis CNC mills
• Ensure all components meet strict quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, supporting team members in understanding complex specifications
• Maintain CNC machines and the machining area to high standards
• Report to senior management on team performance, production progress, and issues
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Previous Experience:

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Operator with leadership experience
• Aerospace or high-precision manufacturing background
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and technical drawings
• Experience in supervising a team and managing production workflow
• Knowledge of multiple machine operations is desirable
