Are you a skilled CNC Turner/Setter or Programmer looking to work at the cutting edge of motorsport manufacturing? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up, operating and maintaining Fanuc CNC Lathes to produce high-precision motorsport components.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications to deliver flawless results.
• Programming and adjusting machines to optimise efficiency, accuracy and finish.
• Conducting quality checks, measuring tolerances and maintaining documentation to ensure parts meet strict standards.
• Collaborating with engineers and production teams to continuously improve processes.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner/Setter, ideally in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Fanuc-controlled CNC Lathes (programming experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and inspection procedures.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for motorsport or high-performance engineering.
