CNC Turner 

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
  
  
• Friday: Overtime available at time + ⅓
  
  
• Saturday: Overtime available at time + ½
  
  

An established and growing precision engineering business in Rugby is looking for a skilled CNC Turner to join their team.

The Role:
Working on Star and Citizen sliding head lathes, you’ll be responsible for setting, operating, and producing high-precision components. The ability to programme or edit CNC programmes is a strong advantage and will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate Star & Citizen sliding head CNC turning centres
  
  
• Produce precision components to tight tolerances and engineering drawings
  
  
• Carry out basic programme edits (full programming preferred)
  
  
• Use measuring equipment to perform quality checks
  
  
• Work independently and manage workload effectively
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced CNC Turner with sliding head knowledge
  
  
• Comfortable working on Star and/or Citizen machinery
  
  
• Able to read technical drawings and use inspection equipment
  
  
• Reliable, self-motivated and quality-focused
