Job Description:

Mazco Recruitment is working with a well-established precision engineering company in Rugby who are looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to their growing team.

This is a day shift position offering stable hours, modern machinery, and the opportunity to work in a clean, professional manufacturing environment.

The Role

• Programming, setting, and operating fixed head CNC lathes

• Working with Doosan machines

• Using Fanuc controls

• Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Carrying out basic quality checks and inspections

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner

• Confident with programming, setting & operating

• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls

• Experience on Doosan lathes preferred

• Ability to work independently and to high standards
