My client is a leading East Midlands-based insurance broker who is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys nurturing and growing existing client relationships and has an outstanding level of servicing. You’ll be stepping into a warm portfolio with excellent support, and there’s flexibility for you to bring in new clients if that’s something you enjoy.
What you’ll be doing: - Managing a portfolio of mid-market clients (GWP £10k – £100k), ensuring exceptional service and retention.
- Working closely with a supportive team to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Overseeing renewals and ensuring clients’ evolving needs are met.
- Acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term relationships with local businesses.
- Collaborating with the internal new business team where needed.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members if desired.
What you’ll need:- Experience as a Commercial Account Executive or an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking to step up.
- A passion for client service and relationship management.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with preexisting clients.
What you’ll get in return:- Base salary of up to £80,000, depending on experience.
