Drive Commercial Insurance Growth - Senior Account Executive
💰 Salary: £45,000 + OTE £70,000+ | 📍 West Midlands (Flexible working)

A fast-growing, dynamic insurance business is looking for a Senior Commercial Account Executive to drive new business and grow a mid-market/large client portfolio. This is a high-impact role for a commercially-minded professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Win and retain mid-market and large accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and schemes.

• Mentor and support colleagues while hitting ambitious sales targets.

• Identify opportunities to win business from competitors.

• Optional: bring an existing book of business.

Experience Required:

• Proven commercial insurance experience (construction, property, PI, or affinity partnerships preferred).

• Track record of new business wins and consistently achieving targets.

• Entrepreneurial, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
