Job Title: Commercial Business Partner
Salary: £45000 - £50000pa
Hours of work: Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:30
Location: Tamworth

Recruit Central Ltd are working on behalf of a client based in Tamworth to recruit a Commercial Business Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation in a pivotal role that bridges Finance and Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue capture, optimising cash flow, and ensuring strong commercial alignment across the business.

As part of this role, you will also have the option to pursue a professional qualification through a company-supported apprenticeship - making this a fantastic chance to grow and develop your career in commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue capture and cash flow optimisation for 3rd party customers
• Monitor and analyse account profitability to ensure margin delivery and identify improvements
• Act as a conduit between Finance and Operations, embedding commercial discipline across teams
• Assist with account set-up, onboarding, and management of contractual agreements
• Establish and oversee margin optimisation controls
• Develop and report on commercial KPIs to measure success and track performance
• Provide insights to support projects and evaluate benefits
• Build strong working relationships with Group Finance and wider teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PowerBI knowledge desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Eagerness to learn and develop within commercial finance
