What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting inbound and outbound calls to understand and meet client business finance needs.
• Analysing company financials and preparing tailored proposals to secure approvals.
• Negotiating terms and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve the best outcomes.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Working to monthly KPIs in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• A can-do attitude and a passion for achieving results.
