The Opportunity:

You’ll be joining at a key stage of growth, with the chance to help shape the next phase of the business while working with a highly experienced leadership team.

The Role:

As a Commercial Finance Broker, you’ll work consultatively with UK SMEs, helping them access the funding they need to grow. You’ll structure deals, negotiate terms, and source the right solutions from a panel of lenders across Asset Finance, Business Loans, Invoice Finance and Merchant Cash Advance.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage SME client relationships
• Structure deals and negotiate terms
• Drive revenue through proactive business development
• Work closely with lenders to ensure smooth applications

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in commercial finance (brokerage or lender)
• Proven cold calling and new business track record
• Strong understanding of lending products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ambition to grow with a scaling business
