Commercial Finance Manager – Manufacturing

Qualified /Nearly Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll support decision-making with data-led insights, shape pricing strategies, and own product profitability analysis. From partnering with Commercial teams to managing product costings and leading budgeting & forecasting, the role is varied and will suit a driven and motivated individual.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver clear insights on customer & product-level profitability
• Develop pricing models and advise on margin improvements
• Lead product costings and support the Sales team with robust data
• Own master data management and governance for all products
• Partner with stakeholders across the business
• Prepare reports and analysis for senior leadership and group
• Track cost price increases and ensure recovery through smart pricing
• Manage launches, delists, and ensure cost integrity
• Lead and develop a small team through regular 1-2-1s

What we’re looking for:

• Newly or nearly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Sharp commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills – comfortable challenging and influencing
• Eagerness to progress and take ownership in a visible role
