A leading company in the Commercial sector is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team in Retford on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The Role 
As the Commercial Manager, you’ll:

• Identify and manage risks associated with educational contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and governance.
• Support the management of contract variations and change controls.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve contract deliverables.
• Lead audits to verify compliance and performance against key deliverables.

You
To be successful in the role of Commercial Manager, you’ll bring:

• Relevant commercial experience in the education sector.
• A degree or diploma in Surveying or the Built Environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and risk management understanding.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
