Role: Commercial Sales Co-ordinator

Location: Loughborough

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 Hours)

This would suit someone who has worked within a Sales role in a manufacturing or construction industry environment.

Role profile, duties include but are not limited to:

• Adhering to set target levels when securing orders with new and existing customers
• Ensure all orders and invoice queries are processed
• Producing quotations and following up in a timely manner
• Offering customers advice and an excellent service, managing their expectations
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Work with the external sales teams to always ensure fluid communication and outstanding service levels for your customers
• Influencing and controlling client relationships at all stages
• Participate in meetings with external sales teams and customers when requested
• Deliver and maintain all service KPI’s
• Manage and monitor delivery of projects
• Coordinate contracts from the start to finish

Essential Criteria:

• 2 years’ experience working within a sales office
• Understanding operation sales processes
• The ability to absorb and relay technical information

• Highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on your own initiative
• Ability to analyse, make decisions, negotiate and sell products
• Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Own transport
• Manufacturing or distribution environment background
