Job Description:
Community Psychiatric Nurse – NHS – DerbyService Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join an NHS service based in Swadlincote .
- Contract Length: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- Location: Community-based role
- Deliver mental health care and support to patients in the community
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medication and monitor patient progress
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
- Previous experience in community psychiatric nursing
- NMC registration
- Strong clinical and communication skills
